With council seats and the mayor’s job up for election, we are faced with a raft of newcomers noisily clamoring for attention. They’ve put up signs on cables across the street. That seems a bit presumptuous of them to think they can just use any old public property for their own ends. I may have pointed out what I saw has incompetence in the current administration, but I don’t think they really had much in the way of evil machinations up their sleeves. I’m not so sure about the new folks.
I’ve criticized the old crew often enough. But it seems they are finally starting to get their act together and may be able to adress the best interests of this town seemingly cut straight from the frames of Deliverance.
